The location is convenient. The gardens are wonderful. The terrace is very enjoyable. Staff members I encountered were very friendly.
The receptionist seemed friendly upon arrival. Things moved slowly. The hotel appears somewhat understaffed, and my room felt quite dated. I found that the shower room needed a good clean around the edges.
